Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League, announce fans can now follow the team from the off-season moves into the regular season and through playoffs on both Facebook and Twitter.

Fans that sign up to be friends of the K-Wings on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/KalamazooWings/112032488811997?v=desc&ref=ts#!/profile.php?id=100000168410965&ref=ts ) or follow the team on Twitter (www.twitter.com/KalamazooWings) by this Monday, August 30th at 8 a.m. will be entered to win a $10 gift certificate courtesy of Hooters. There will be a winner from each social media page and fans that have already signed up are already registered.

On Monday, the K-Wings will announce a player signing and members of the K-Wings Facebook and Twitter pages will get to see the announcement first.
