A BUSY WEEK FOR THE K-WINGS

Two Public Appearances and Three School Visits Highlight Busy Week for Kalamazoo

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL and affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League, announce that the KC’s Auto Land K-Wings’ Freestar will be making five appearances this week.

On Wednesday, February 3rd, Mathieu Curadeau, Sam Ftorek and Tom Morrow will visit Bloomingdale Elementary starting at 1:30 p.m.

Later that night, fans can join Brian McGuirk, Mitch Versteeg and Tyler Willis from 6-7:30 p.m. at Hooters on 5250 S Westnedge Ave in Portage, Michigan.

It will be back to school on Thursday, February 4th, as the K-Wings will make two appearances. At 1 p.m. Jon Landry and Olivier Legault will visit Comstock Elementary and at 1:30 p.m. Blake Friesen and Andrew Fournier will talk to the students at Mendon Elementary.

On Sunday, February 7th, fans can join Curadeau, Anton Kharin, Bryan Jurynec and Kalamazoo’s favorite mascot Slappy for a Kidz Club Party from 1-3 p.m. at the Airzoo located at 6151 Portage Road in Portage.

 

All Kidz Club members that have their ID badge will receive $2 discount off of their wristband and FREE popcorn, compliments of the Kitty Hawk Café.
