Receiving High Grades Will Earn Discounts for Students at Wings Stadium in June

Kalamazoo, MI- Wings Stadium, which is also home to The Annex and The Cube and home of the 2010 USA Curling National Championships, announces the complex is offering a discount for students that earn “A’s” on their report card.

The program, which is called “A’s to Skate” is designed to reward students for their hard work during the school year, while providing them a healthy activity as they begin their summer vacation.

During the month of June, any student that brings in a report card with an “A” in any subject will receive $1 off skate admission for public skating at Wings Stadium.

By earning multiple “A’s”, students can receive a maximum of $5 off with their report card.

Stadium Management Company owns the Wings Stadium Complex and the Kalamazoo Wings hockey team. The Wings Stadium Complex is comprised of three buildings; Wings Stadium seats more than 5,100 fans for K-Wings home games and more than 8,000 people for concerts and other stage events. The Annex seats 1,367 for ice events and can seat up to 2,850 for non-ice events such as car, boat, and trade shows. The Cube is the newer of the three facilities, that plays host to both ice and non-ice events. All three buildings are available for rental and feature numerous catering and meeting opportunities.
