Game Preview

Even at a game apiece, the Kalamazoo Wings and Fort Wayne Komets will travel back to Allen County Memorial Coliseum for game three of the Best-of-Seven Turner Cup Semi-Finals. Kalamazoo evened up the series last night with a 3-2 double-overtime victory at Wings Stadium.

Gaining momentum with their overtime win, the K-Wings would love to parlay that momentum into a road victory before heading back to Wings Stadium on Wednesday. Lucas Drake has served as a spark for the K-Wings netting two goals in the series, both off the power-play.

Dropping last night’s contest, Fort Wayne returns back to Allen County Memorial Coliseum looking to go ahead in the series. Nick Boucher continues to be the story for the Komets stopping 94 of the 98 shots he has faced in the series.
