At Wings Stadium we're always in the mood to celebrate someone's special occasion - especially if it's yours!

Our menu is updated with variety and value in mind, and our staff is ready to lavish more than 30 years of experience on you and your guests. With four different catering areas, we can accommodate groups up to 250 - especially nice if you are celebrating with all of your employees and their families.

Groups over 250 can be creatively serviced in multiple catering areas or via our $5.00 Wings Bucks coupon system at our many Concession Stands and Bars.

Coaches' Room:
A private room on our lower level, near the Underground Sports Bar.
Capacity: Seated 32, Cocktail 50.

Cube Viewing Area:
Our newest and largest catering locale, the Cube Viewing Area overlooks our third rink and can service up to 250 guests.

Cocktail:
A stand-up party in which limited seating is available. Some tables may be provided if they are normally found in that area. The majority of guests are expected to stand.

Sit-Down:
Provides seating for everyone and may also include tables.

Classroom:
Chairs are arranged in rows facing a speaker area. A lectern or speaker table may be provided.

 

Host Bar:
Beverages are dispensed by the bartender or server and are charged to you on a per drink basis, along with a 15% gratuity. Drink tickets can be used to limit consumption and expense.

Cash Bar:
All beverages are purchased from the bartender or server by your guests. A combination of the cash and host bar may be achieved by issuing drink tickets to attendees in a set amount. Once that amount has been expended, guests purchase their own drinks for the remainder of the function.

Types of Service:

- MANNER OF PAYMENT AND TYPE OF BEVERAGE SERVICE ARE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. ALTHOUGH WE WILL DO OUR BEST, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR REQUESTS FOR CHANGES MADE DURING THE FUNCTION OR ON THE FUNCTION DAY.

 

Bringing a group for a special outing to Wings Stadium for a birthday party or a small (or large) office party and looking for that extra special touch? The Food and Beverage Department has $5.00 "Wings Bucks" available that can be used the same as cash anywhere in the Stadium except Mancino's, Hockey Services, Nut Vendor, Icehouse Bar & Grille and the Underground Sports Bar. Wings Bucks can be used any time during the entire 2006-07 season at the Wings Stadium Complex. It's easy and convenient - just call 345-1125 to order and pick up at the Ticket Office before the event!
