Beginning his pro career with the K-Wings is defenseman Jamie VanderVeeken. The native of Sarnia, Ontario has played the past four years in Junior “A” hockey, primarily in the Ontario Hockey League. During the 2005-06 sesaon, Vanderveeken helped the Londan Knights a second place finish in the Memorial Cup. Vanderveeken spent last season with the Oakville Blades (OPJHL). |
