Slappy migrated to the K-Wings from the banks of the Kalamazoo River. Although usually birds migrate south for the winter in search of food, this Kingfisher's love of Hockey convinced him to don the blue and red jersey and become the mascot for the K-Wings. Be sure to keep your eye on number double zero! Whether on the ice or in the stands, you can bet Slappy will be concocting some kind of mischief for the visiting team. He may be water skiing behind the zamboni or doing something in section 18 but one thing is for sure... Slappy is here for the fans!
